Emergency Rent & Utility Assistance Program for Dauphin County - CCU is helping to administer this program for tenants in Dauphin County who are behind on their rent due to job loss or reduced hours during the COVID-19 pandemic.
PPL Assistance - HELP administers PPL’s regional energy assistance program, Operation HELP, and provides direct services to those in Lower Dauphin County.
Heating Fuel - HELP may provide one-time assistance to people needing heating fuel during the winter heating season. Clients must exhaust any and all other energy assistance programs before they receive assistance.
