Victim Impact Panel

The DUI Victim Impact Panel is held one Friday a month from Noon to 3:00 PM. Registration begins at 11:30 AM. This is a one-session class and the same information is presented at each one; you only need to attend one time. To register, call the Victim/Witness office at 717-780-7075, or register online using the form below. ALL classes are held at the Dauphin County Courthouse, 101 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101. PLEASE NOTE: This class is for first time DUI Offenses ONLY.

When are the classes held?
Classes are held once per month from Noon - 3:00 PM, registration is at 11:30 AM *YOU MUST CHECK IN AND PAY PRIOR TO NOON on the day of the class. The doors will close at exactly Noon and no one will be admitted once the class starts.*

Where do I go for the class?
The class is held inside the Dauphin County Courthouse, located at 101 Market St, Harrisburg, PA 17101.

What do I need to bring?
You will need $35 cash and your identification. *Please note: Registration Fee will increase to $40 in 2025.*

Where should I park?
Street parking is available throughout the city. There are some nearby parking garages that charge by the hour.
